Four Years Later

Four years ago today, I watched my friends and family file into First Christian Church to the soft saltry music being played in my father's honor on a beautiful crisp fall evening.

I knew I was marrying the love of my life but little did I know how complete he would make me so quickly.

I, Doc, take you, Matilda, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, from this day forward til death do us part.

Happiest of Anniversaries, my love.  What a wonderful life we've made together.
I love you.

congratulations to one of the very few couples I wish to emulate in my future life-long relationship. You guys make me smile and remind me that just about anything can be tackled with grace and love, if done together. You joined a very short list of those amazing, indescribable loves 4 years ago now. thanks for giving me something to strive for.

love you both and the life you have created.

Happy Anniversary! I enjoyed looking at your wedding pictures! Funny story from your wedding night. On the way home, Sam and I stopped at Bojangles (it was near closing time). Everything we wanted to order, the employees suggested that we order something else because what we wanted was old and had been sitting out for a while. So they ended up just giving us everything that decent to eat. We paid like $5 - 7 and got a ton of random food from Bojangles...it was great!
